When can you play?

9 hole play Limited to Monday: All Day, Tuesday: All Day, Thursday: Until 12 noon, Friday: 8.24am to 8.42am from the 10th tee only, Sunday: after 3.30pm.

Conditions

Only one nine hole game is permitted per day.

Play is only permitted after 3.30pm (including public holidays) or at the discretion of the Golf Operations Manager. This membership entitles you to the use of the practice facilities (Driving Range, putting and chipping greens) and gives you access to invest further in the world class junior coaching program through Wheelhouse Golf Junior Coaching.

Bookings can only be made the day before play. Juniors cannot bring an adult to play golf at the member guest rate.

This membership entitles you to the use of the practice facilities (Driving Range, putting and chipping greens) but no handicap or access to the golf course itself. Entitlements

Access to clubhouse facilities only (No access to golf course). Receive a personalised Akarana Membership card, to enable purchases in the cafe, golf shop and bar. (Plus eligible for bar credits program). Receive weekly e-newsletter about club activities and events.

Membership Playing Rights:

Have no playing rights or handicap.  

Annual Subscription: $65

Members qualify for this category where they have reached the age of 65 and have been a continuous full playing member of the Club for at least 25 years. Veteran members pay 50% of the current Full Playing membership fee. Once you qualify, apply in writing to the Board to be granted Veteran Membership.

Membership Playing Rights:

Have the same rights as Full Playing Members: At ALL Times the golf course is OPEN but excluding times the captains committee has set aside for specific competitions i.e. Men's day, Women's Day, Corporate Days and any other event scheduled by the Captains Committee.

Annual Subscription: $1,200

Super Veteran Membership

Members qualify for this category where they have reached the age of 80 and have been a continuous full playing member (this would include the period as a veteran member) of the club for 40 years. Some discretion is allowed in determining qualification under these criteria. Super Veterans pay a nominal subscription designed to cover any fees levied outside of the Club (e.g. district levies and New Zealand Golf fees).
