
Reciprocal Rights
- A Member of each Club (known as “Home Member”) may use the facilities of the other Club (known as the “Host Club”) subject to:
- the extent of their own membership privileges at their Home Club;
- the Visiting Member is a current financial member in good standing at their Home Club;
- the Rules and By-Laws of the Host Club; and
- availability of the facilities at the time of the intended visit.
- When visiting the Host Club, the Visiting Member must present the following documents before using the facilities:
- Letter of Introduction issued by the Home Club signed by a Club Management Official and the Letter of Introduction is not transferable; and
- the Home Club Membership Card
- Course availability and tee times
- All Visiting Members are entitled to make use of the facilities at the Host Club for a maximum of six (6) times in any calendar year subject to availability at all times. Each Club has the option to waive this requirement with the approval of the Host Club Management if there is no impact on the Host Club’s member’s availability to play their own course.
- Special privileged reciprocal rights access fees will apply on each visit. The fees will be the current member guest green fee at the time of the visit along with cart fees if required.As of 12 March 2006 the current guest green fees and cart fees are as follows:
- Peregian Springs Green Fee AUD$45 inc GST, Cart Fee AUD $30 inc GST
- Akarana Green Fee NZ$40 inc GST, Cart Fee NZ$30 inc GST
- Visiting Members must book through their Home Club to secure tee times up to twenty one (21) days in advance.
- Additional Guests
- Visiting Members are allowed to introduce a maximum of three (3) guests subject to availability for use of the facilities of the Host Club by their guests or by other arrangement with the Host Club Management.
- The fees for guests of a Visiting Member will be the current General Manager’s Invitation fee which is an all inclusive fee for green fees, cart fees and range fees. As of 31st August 2006 the GM Invitation fee is $85 inc GST.
- Visiting Members must accompany their guests at all times when on the Host Club’s premises.
- Visiting Members must pay for all expenses and purchases made at the Host Club in cash or by credit cards accepted at the Host Club. The signing of chits and other charge facilities is not allowed.
- All privileges extended may be cancelled without notice for failure to comply with the Rules and By-Laws of the Host Club.
- In the event of any incident or dispute arising at the Host Club, the construction, performance and completion of this Agreement shall be governed by the respective laws of the state and country in which the Host Club is located.
